Angie is a single mom who at the age of 30 has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Her 15 yr. old daughter has been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and Celiac Disease. To purchase a light on the tree, send a tax-deductible gift of any amount, along with the name of your loved one, to Hospice of Dubuque at 1670 JFK Road, Dubuque, IA 52002. The name of your loved one will be printed in the Tree of Life program if the gift is received by Friday, May 18.
